Angel (with the pins) was very nice and made our experience very nice. The drinks were made very well and they even added a very cute personal touch by drawing some cute characters (from their pins) onto the lids of the cup! Highly recommend!
It's Boba Time is better than average and consistently good. It's probably the best boba in santa clarita, but I have had better.

I was in another Boba Time location around the area and the service was so bad that I decided to leave and drive 15 more minutes to this location. Loved it! Best decision ever. Worth the drive...And the staff was super friendly. Definitely, coming back!
Great Boba smoothies and slushes. I, myself, am not a Boba fan, but my wife and son love it, and this is the only place they like to go. I do love their kiwi slush, my wife the mango smoothie and my son loves the strawberry smoothie. The place is very clean and the staff is very friendly.
Seriously understaffed. Only two workers, working hard, but couldn't keep up with the demands. Ordered online and even up waiting more than 30 minutes. Store is hot no matter the weather
First time going into It's Boba Time and it was a great experience. The cashier was real friendly and welcoming. I did mention it was our first time there and to give my daughter and I a little extra time to order and he was happy to do so. Didn't once look irritated or bothered. Thank you for being real welcoming to me that means a lot. Ordered a regular Thai tea with Boba and a strawberry one, their number 6 and both were made well and were absolutely deliscious. The prices are great for something made fresh and on the spot as you order. Thank you highly recommend to stop and get yourself some Boba drinks.
